Choose based on confirmed coverage where you use your phone and your unlocked device’s compatibility, not the carrier name alone. Base prices are the same; benefits and availability differ. Choose one network per line. There is no automatic switching or simultaneous access to both networks. Ask NOBO to confirm your locations before activation.

Yes. Eligible changes between any of the five plans retain the corresponding founding price for the new plan. Your Founding Member base rate stays locked while your line remains continuously active on an eligible NOBO plan. Taxes, regulatory fees, devices, add-ons, and usage outside the plan are separate. The rate lock is nontransferable and ends if the line is canceled or ported out.

Landline and mobile-network allowances vary. Unlimited destinations are subject to personal-use terms and a limit of 20 unique destination numbers per billing cycle. Capped destinations share a credit allowance. Additional credit costs extra. Destinations and allowances are subject to change. Included on Atlas Unlimited Premium and Global Plus. This covers international calls from the U.S., not travel data or native international roaming. Travel data is a separate benefit.

Shield Number, app calling and messaging, AI assistance, VPN and privacy controls are planned NOBO features by plan tier, not Atlas-exclusive carrier benefits. App calling needs an internet connection. Device support, permissions and availability will be confirmed before activation.
